Project description

The aim was to carry out weight dosing of several ingredients as well as bulk material. Because methanol and other explosive materials are used, the entire construction was done only with Atex-certified elements. The container has a capacity of 300 liters and is located on tenso sensors. A controller controls the supply of materials that fall by gravity. The bulk material is fed manually through the lid. A gear pump is installed, which delivers the finished product to the next machine. The software was integrated with the software of another existing machine so as to achieve a high level of automation.
