Project features

Equipment is designed, manufactured and delivered by Axbul:

A reactor for preparation of aqueous solution SLES with a capacity of 2000 liters. A mixer with a gear motor and output speeds - 350 rpm is installed, as well as a circulation pump to help dissolve the sludge in the water. The container is on tenso sensors and all dosing and mixing is controlled by a Unitronics Vision central controller with a 12 "touch screen

A reactor for dissolving salt in water with a capacity of 2000 liters. A high-speed mixer (1500 rpm) and a circulation pump are installed so that the salt does not settle and dissolve more easily. The container is on tenso sensors and all dosing and mixing is controlled by a central controller

An auger for bulk materials feeding to the container. The controller starts the auger and, monitoring the weight of the container, delivers the required amount of salt

Transfer pumps for transferring the finished products to the various reactors for subsequent mixing

Modification of existing containers - installation of tenso sensors to monitor the weight in real time of each container

Central controller with 12 "touch screen controls all processes and interactions between equipment.

Special features

The production equipment works with products with viscosity up to 8000 cP.

Preset recipes as well as fast controller operation save time as accurate dosing time is kept to a minimum

The dosing of the product is done by means of tenso sensors which record the weight of the container with an accuracy of 0.1 kg

The tanks in contact with the fluids are made of 316 stainless steel.

The installation is fully automated and allows mixing and mixing of the main products without human intervention.
