Hydrostatic testing system for vessels and installations up to 300 bar

• Stainless steel trolley piston pump
• 30 liter stainless steel container
• Float sensors for upper and lower level are installed in the container.
• The container is filled automatically by a solenoid valve, which opens when the lower level is reached and stops filling when the upper level is reached.
• The electronics do not allow the pump to start if the water level is below the lower level - thus the protection against dry running is realized.
• The pump has a bypass and a manometer which shows the pressure, which is regulated by a tap after the pump.
• It is equipped with a high pressure hose 20 meters and a power cable - 30 meters.

Project description

The aim is to test vessels and pipings after repairments

The piston pump is equipped with a bypass valve that opens at a preset pressure. After reaching the pressure, a non-return valve leaves the high pressure in the system and the pump starts to run in bypass mode from and to the vessel.

The pressure is visible on a manometer even after the test is completed an operator can unload the system via a hand crane.
