Project description

The system consists of 2 modules on 2 different floors, with a pipeline between them. The first module consists of a double diaphragm pneumatic pump that sucks from a standard IBS container and a full container on the second floor. The vessel is equipped with level sensors for upper and lower level and in relation to them the pump is switched on when it is necessary to supplement the vessel.

The pump on the second floor is equipped with a sensor that monitors the progress made. The CPU controls the dosing. Based on a predetermined amount of stroke, the controller calculates how many strokes need to be made by the pump to dose the set amount.

Once the dosing is done, the controller blows out the route with compressed air through a system of valves to have maximum dose accuracy.
